Just the opposite of our NY style recipe, is this unique crust less cheesecake. With an ultra creamy filling and caramelized outer edges, this is absolutely irresistible. Baked at a very high heat gives that iconic “burnt” top that serves as a natural crust. It tastes like a cross between creme brulee and flan. Amazing right? I know! How to serve this? We thought you would never ask! Serve this beautiful, imperfect cheesecake as is with the parchment paper on a board for that rustic feel.
